Notice to Clients
SYLON CAPITAL, S.A.P.I. DE C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution, informs its clients that it is updating documentation related to its adhesion contracts for individuals and business clients, as well as the applicable cover pages and annexes.
The currently published adhesion contract is registered in CONDUSEF’s Adhesion Contract Registry under number 16352-458-043667/01-00774-0426. Any update will be communicated through the applicable official channels.
Confirmed administration fees

If there are insufficient funds, communications will be sent from day 6 to day 15; after 2 unpaid fees, the account may be marked delinquent and deactivated until payment is made. |
Product and service fees remain suspended from November 12, 2025 through December 31, 2026 under the published notice. Administration fees take effect as indicated on this page and in the applicable contractual documentation.
